Technically, pay attention to Connaissance des formes (3.1/5) to observe repeats and the menuet/trio architecture, anticipating phrase openings and closures, and to Phrasé (2.5/5), which requires controlled touch and phrase shaping so melodic lines sing within the short rhythmic cells. The piece belongs to the Classical period and is a small-scale dance for keyboard typical of Mozart's salon and pedagogical pieces. I do not give a performance reference here because I am not fully certain of a single definitive recording for this specific minuet.
